Progressive web apps and responsive admin panels reduce training time and support tickets. Most teams do not need a store listing on day one — they need forms that work on a patchy 3G connection.
- Touch-friendly controls and legible type on small screens
- Offline-tolerant flows where it matters (e.g. draft saves)
- Clear empty and error states — not a white screen
When to go native
Deepen with native or hybrid apps when usage, notifications, or hardware access justify the build and maintenance cost — not because competitors put “app” on a slide.
